Battery Creek football dealing with COVID-19

LowcoSports.com

Battery Creek’s football team hopes to be back in action Friday after having last week’s game at Bishop England canceled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Dolphins’ program.

The game was canceled Monday after a Dolphins player tested positive for the virus. The game will not be made up, but the Dolphins will not suffer a forfeit, leaving them in position to clinch a playoff spot with a win in one of their last two games.

Battery Creek is scheduled to host Oceanside Collegiate at 7:30 p.m., Friday.
