Irvin took some time recently to answer a few questions:

Q: What sports are you involved with and what drew you to that sport?

A: I’m currently involved in football. What drew me to football was when I was 9 years old and playing rec ball and I just wanted to continue my journey in football.

Q: What movie inspires you as an athlete?

A: “The Blind Side.”

Q: What athletes do you try to emulate and why?

A: I try to emulate Nick Chubb, who is a very hard running and very strong back.

Q: What life lessons have you learned from sports?

A: I’ve learned to be a very humble young man and to always stay on top of academics. Playing football also taught me to push myself off and field and get into the community more.
