Beaufort High School wrestling Coach Bill Damude presents this week’s “Athlete of the Week” to Jake Sharp. Jake was the 106 lbs champion at the Silver Fox Invitational Tournament at Dutch Fork. Jake also set a new school record for the quickest pin with a 7 second pin. “Jake has a tremendous work ethic, he works hard in practice from beginning to end. He is smart on the mat and is learning how to win very quickly,” said the coach. Opponents watch out for a swift slam by Jake Sharp.
