A Marine veteran birthday

Retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Waa Gok Lem, seated, blows out the candles representing 95 years on his birthday cake as other active and retired Marines sing Happy Birthday to him Monday afternoon at his home. Lee enlisted in the Marine Corps in September 1950 and stayed until his retirement in June 1973. He did combat tours of duty during the Korean and Vietnam wars.
