James F. Fabian IV attained the rank of Eagle Scout on November 20, 2023. The first picture is Fabian and his Scoutmaster, Coley Hebrard, of Boy Scouts of America Troop 201 at Shell Point Baptist Church. The second picture is Fabian with his Eagle Scout Project, which is a Blessing Box for the Community. The box is located at Carteret Street United Methodist Church between the two entrances to the parking lot on the Scott Street side. The box contains non-perishable items and hygiene items.
