By Gene Brancho: The Olive Garden/Red Lobster dual-purpose restaurant building (for lack of a better term) is starting to take shape over at Beaufort Town Center. We spoke with a few of the supervisors, and construction is on target for a Winter opening. Folks in the Beaufort area have a love-hate relationship with chain restaurants, but there is no doubt that this will create jobs for our area, and add another choice in our ever-growing selection of spots when dining out.
By the way…as you’re looking at the building in this photo, we are told that Olive Garden will be on the left, and Red Lobster will be on the right.
