More than 300 runners showed up for Beaufort Academy’s Fifth Annual Chilly Bean Run fundraiser on Coosaw Point on Lady’s Island on Saturday, Feb. 3 from South Carolina and Georgia for the certified 5K and 10K races. There were also fun races with pets involved, and the post-race party featured chili, live music and craft beer. A portion of this year’s race will also benefit CAPA in Beaufort.
