Festival celebrates Gullah culture

The two brothers wrote to each other often and discussed the Civil War but never faced each other until that day. As the two men raised their rifles visualizing “brother against brother,” a discernible gasp could be heard from the crowd. Without making a sound, the two men then lowered the muskets and just walked away.
