Mr. Larson also worked as the city engineer for Georgetown, Kentucky, and was the engineering group manager for the Warren County Kentucky City-County Planning Commission.  He also served as a transportation engineer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and spent several years working for a private engineering firm.

In addition to being a professional engineer, Mr. Larson is a certified professional in stormwater quality, certified floodplain manager, and a certified land use planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners.

“Eric has the experience, knowledge, and motivation that we were seeking in an engineer.  Beaufort County now has three professional engineers and we believe that his addition to our engineering department is a perfect fit,” said Deputy County Administrator Bryan Hill.
