• Battery Crek High School congratulates senior wrestler DeAndre Johnson on being selected as a North/South All-Star Wrestler for the 160 pound class. His 2012-2013 season accomplishments include A-AA State Runner up; A-AA Lower State Champion; Region 6-AA Champion; Beaufort County Champion; Red Raider Invitational Champion; Seahawk Slam Champion; Hanahan Hawk Invitational Champion; and a season record of 64-2. DeAndre had more than 100 career wins during two seasons at Battery Creek and is recognized as an outstanding student, leader and athlete.
• Battery Creek High School congratulates junior wrestler Isaiah Sloan on winning the 2012-2013 195 pound A-AA State Championship. He also won A-AA Lower State Champion, Region 6-AA Champion and Red Raider Invitational Champion. Isaiah is recognized as an outstanding student, leader and athlete.
