According to Beaufort National Cemetery, Horrell was a Vietnam War veteran who died late last year at the age of 76.

In its Facebook post announcing the event, Beaufort National Cemetery said White wasn’t “an unclaimed veteran service in the traditional sense.” His family had been located, but due to “unavoidable circumstances,” could not claim their loved one.”

According to Beaufort National Cemetery, White is interred in Columbarium 1, Row E, Niche 23.
