The new design and theme logo for the upcoming 57th Annual Beaufort Water Festival has been unveiled. This year’s theme ‘Sandbar Summers ~ Southern Nights’ carries on the current popularity of the iconic local Beaufort Sandbar: the little patch of sandy land that rises out of the Beaufort River at low tide and brings hundreds of sun-worshippers, beach volleyball players, people watchers, and party-goers, all together to enjoy the days-of-summer in Beaufort, a few hours at a time.
