100 Women Who Care, Beaufort is proud to announce that the recipient of its 3rd Quarter donation was HELP of Beaufort. In August, a check for $12,700 was presented to HELP of Beaufort Director Lori Opazda. The money will be used to establish a client produce garden, which will be implemented as a collaborate project with schools, community members and experts to teach gardening, nutrition, cooking, marketing and self-help skills. To date, 100 Women Who Care, Beaufort has donated more $495,000 to worthy non-profit organizations throughout Northern Beaufort County.
