As spring break approaches, the Beaufort County School District is notifying parents about some short-term scheduling changes in the way free student meals are distributed.

Thursday, April 9, the District will distribute meals for both Thursday and Friday – two breakfasts and two lunches for each student. All meals can be picked at our 12 regular pick-up points as well as at our regular school bus stop pick-up points.

There will not be a meal pick-up on Friday.

Next week is spring break, and the District will be serving free student meals as follows:

– On Monday, April 13, the District will distribute meals for Monday and Tuesday – two breakfasts and two lunches.

– On Wednesday, April 15, breakfasts and lunches can be picked up for Wednesday and Thursday.

– Friday, April 17, one breakfast and one lunch will be served.

All spring break meal distributions will be at regular pick-up points. There will be no meal pick-ups on Tuesday or Thursday.

Regular daily meal distribution will resume on Monday, April 20.
