Battery Creek scored twice late, but that was not enough to overcome a strong offensive attack from Hanahan as the Hawks defeated the Dolphins 42-14 at Dolphins Stadium on Friday night.

Jeremiah Dilbert had himself a night rushing for 190 yards on 25 carries, picking up two scores and Creek racked up 253 of total offense.

Kendall McMillon led the Dolphins defense, picking up six tackles and solo tackle for a loss, while Quatrell Livingston had six tackles and Damian Freeman had five tackles.

Battery Creek’s scheduled contest against Bishop England on Friday has been canceled. There is no make up date currently scheduled.
