Monday, March 6, marked the long-awaited opening of Beaufort’s new Chipotle restaurant at 21 Robert Smalls Parkway. The location was busy all day, with 33 customers inside and nearly double-digit vehicles in the drive-through when this photo was taken around 6:30 p.m. The restaurant is open from 10:45 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily and will employ 25 people.
