Dave Luton, in red shirt, of Patriotic Productions, helps someone find the picture of a loved one in the National Memorial on Friday at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park. The National Memorial includes military and personal photos of our nation’s fallen during the “War on Terror” since Sept. 11, 2001. The current display was unveiled near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., in September 2017 and continues to tour the nation. Bob Sofaly/The Island News
