The neglected 1.21 acre cemetery on the grounds of Paige Point Plantation was rededicated Thursday, Sept. 24. The cemetery, overgrown and vandalized, is the burial site of freed slaves from Paige Point Plantation and had become the resting place of local residents throughout the years.
