Two Charleston cruise ships, Victory I and II, seem to still be stranded by the Covid-19 scare and remain tied up to the dock in Port Royal this week. It’s estimated that there are nearly 300 cruise ships operating at any one time around the world. Photo by Bob Sofaly.
