Two Charleston cruise ships, Victory I and II, seem to still be stranded by the Covid-19 scare and remain tied up to the dock in Port Royal this week. Cruise ships are being forced to dock at surprising places because of the world-wide berthing shortages. Some ships were stranded at sea in March with no place to tie up and disembark passengers.
