No Place to Go

Two Charleston cruise ships, Victory I and II, seem to still be stranded by the Covid-19 scare and remain tied up to the dock in Port Royal this week. Cruise ships are being forced to dock at surprising places because of the world-wide berthing shortages. Some ships were stranded at sea in March with no place to tie up and disembark passengers. It’s estimated that there are nearly 300 cruise ships operating at any one time around the world. Photo by Bob Sofaly.
